Florian has extensive supply chain and negotiation experience in the pharma and medtech sectors having advised clients on improvement levers for APIs, excipients and pharma packaging and having developed dynamic should-cost models to identify cost potentials for a medical device.
Having honed his negotiation skills as a procurement expert in the automotive industry, undoubtedly the most cut-throat supply chain industry, Florian has designed and conducted negotiation trainings for European clients across numerous industries including pharma, medtech, specialty chemicals as well as dairy, retail supermarkets, jewelry, global automotive clients, military, and energy utilities.
In Part II of our NEGOTIATION training we will look at industry examples (both medtech and biotech) and practice some of the techniques that were taught in Part one.
