Florian has extensive supply chain and negotiation experience in the pharma and medtech sectors having advised clients on improvement levers for APIs, excipients and pharma packaging and having developed dynamic should-cost models to identify cost potentials for a medical device.

Having honed his negotiation skills as a procurement expert in the automotive industry, undoubtedly the most cut-throat supply chain industry, Florian has designed and conducted negotiation trainings for European clients across numerous industries including pharma, medtech, specialty chemicals as well as dairy, retail supermarkets, jewelry, global automotive clients, military, and energy utilities.

Negotiation skills are critical in all walks of business, whether automotive, consumer products or pharma/biotech/medtech. Whilst industry specifics obviously vary massively, the underlying principles and skills sets are very similar and can be applied across industries.
