For me, Twitter / LinkedIn activity serves a few pusposes:
1. I’m a first time CEO, and so see building a reputation in the industry as an important piece of my job.
2. Convey the culture of the company to help attract talent.
3. Serendipitous connections (we had a TV documentary come from someone following our LinkedIn).
4. Share lessons / learnings with others aspiring founders to help make bioentrepreneurship more accessible to a wider audience.

While much of this is difficult to quantify, I do think it has helped create value for the business. Our recent financing was led by an investor that had listened to me on a Clubhouse show. What you can quantify is time spent, and I limit to an hour or two a week. - Jack O'Meara
