There are people who can enter a room and command it without uttering a single word, others never get noticed.

Your personal presence is defined by your body language, your posture and your vocal work. All three impact the way you are perceived by others.

As a leader you need presence in the room and (in the new hybrid world) in front of the camera. Some people are born with it, but most of us need help and this is where Jill McCullough comes in.

Her clients in the arts include actors such as Meryl Streep, Javier Bardem, Natalie Portman, Jude Law, Keira Knightley, Michelle Pfeiffer, Dames Vanessa Redgrave, Judy Dench and Maggie Smith. She is currently working with Robert Pattinson, the new Batman, and has been involved in films such as Star Wars, Skyfall and Spectre, Fantastic Beasts, The Iron Lady, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, Austin Powers, Mary Poppins Returns, Mama Mia - Here We Go Again and Band of Brothers.
