Marie-Hélène has 20 years of experience in Executive Search. She previously served as a Heidrick & Struggles partner in Brussels from 2006 to 2012 and returned in 2016. Prior to returning to the firm, she was a Managing Director at an executive search firm operating at Board, CEO, and C-suite levels and leading the Global Medical Device practice.
Before her search career, Marie-Hélène worked for Dow Chemical for 14 years where she acquired a thorough understanding of global marketing and sales and asset management. She also led complex supply chain projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa involving major manufacturing units across the regions.
