Leading an organisation is lonely and stressful. In this session, you review how you can maintain your fitness for purpose in all areas of your life. You assess your relationship to your tasks and responsibilities and how you can move challenges and chores into the zone of peak performance.
You discover how you can respond rather than react to events. You consider simple habits to make your day flow as you wish, while ensuring the right things are done by the right people and the wrong things are not done at all.
Whilst earlier this month we focused on peak performance in teams, this session will focus on the levers, options and choices for YOUR personal peak performance.
Jonathan works internationally as a consultant, trainer, facilitator, coach and keynote speaker and has specialised in working with CEOs and boards. In life sciences he has worked with teams at Hoffman-La Roche, Johnson & Johnson, Kyowa Kirin and GSK.
