There are people who can enter a room and command it without uttering a single word, others never get noticed. 

Your personal presence is defined by your body language, your posture and your vocal work. All three impact the way you are perceived by others.

As a leader you need presence in the room and (in the new hybrid world) in front of the camera. Some people are born with it, but most of us need help and this is where Jill McCullough comes in.

Jill is a specialist dialect coach of international renown working with many leading stage and film actors. Parallel to her work in the Arts, Jill trains leaders and business executives, as well as other trainers to increase their personal presence and the impact they have upon others through body language, posture and vocal work.

Her clients in the arts include actors such as Meryl Streep, Javier Bardem, Natalie Portman, Jude Law, Keira Knightley, Michelle Pfeiffer, Dames Vanessa Redgrave, Judy Dench and Maggie Smith. She is currently working with Robert Pattinson, the new Batman, and has been involved in films such as Star Wars, Skyfall and Spectre, Fantastic Beasts, The Iron Lady, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, Austin Powers, Mary Poppins Returns, Mama Mia - Here We Go Again and Band of Brothers.

In her business work, she has designed and run courses and series of courses for KPMG, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, The Home Office, McGraw Hill, EY, Renault, Linklaters, Lloyds of London, IPC Magazines, The BBC, The Metropolitan Police, Standard and Poors, Beddows, Homebase, The Association of MBA’s, Generali, Baringa, J Sainsbury Head Office (Retail and Regional Offices,) Stonham Housing Association, The Royal Pharmaceutical Society, the RNIB and the Society of Chemistry.

Jill also runs numerous courses for London Business School, both degree students and executive education, and she does one-on-one coaching sessions for clients from a wide range of companies.

For many years Jill was an Adjunct Professor at Yale University  and also hosted her own talk show on BBC1.
