Last year a cohort of our members participated in the #iEVP - the integrated employees value proposition survey designed by Prof Amy Edmondson at Harvard Business School and Prof Mark Mortensen at INSEAD.
The #1 take away from the study was that employees in our industry across the board seem to think that there are not enough growth and development opportunities.
This was true across the board for all ventures who took part and in all sub verticals (age, gender, etc). But there was one outlier - the perfect match, where employees felt that the company is offering exactly what they need: Enara Bio.
Kevin Pojasek is joining us today to share how he and Enara approach culture and personal development in day-to-day business and why he thinks this contributes to employee fulfilment.
