Spreadsheets don’t sell ideas, stories do: Crafting Your Organization’s Story

You want to change the world. Improve lives. Transform the way things are done. You can see the future and may even have the data to support it. But people are resistant to change. And no matter how significant the data may be, most people see change as riskier than it’s worth. If you want to overcome people’s fear of change, inspire them to join your cause or invest in your idea, you’ve got to create a story that ties your data and your organization, to a future the audience wants.
